Partner & Director of Operations George manages the internal heartbeat of GAIN. As the lead on operations and "behind-the-scenes" management, he ensures that the network functions smoothly for all members. His focus is on the structural integrity of the agency, handling financial and operational oversight so that our members have a stable platform on which to build their businesses.

John Teate

Agency Development Field Specialist

Regional Vice President & Recruitment Director John serves as a dual resource for the network: he is both a recruiter for new talent and an Agency Growth specialist for existing members. He identifies high-potential agencies to join the GAIN family and continues to assist them in their development. John’s focus is on expanding our footprint and ensuring that new members hit the ground running with the support they need.

Sonya Thompson

Commercial Lines Manager

Sonya is responsible for helping members with commercial accounts placement through Access Plus and has been with GAIN since 2007. In that time, she has continued to grow as an agent by earning here CISR designation and recently earned the CISR Elite designation. Sonya also coordinates our semi-annual business meeting.

Personal Lines Account Placement Specialist

Erica has been with GAIN since July of 2017. She works closely with our Agency Partners assisting them with placing personal lines accounts through Access Plus. Erica’s drive, attention to detail, and knowledge allow her to help our Agency Partners grow their practices quickly and efficiently.

Allie Luten

Financial Controller

Allie Luten is our Financial Controller. Allie has been with GAIN since 2011 and assists with our Personal Lines and Commercial lines departments. Allie brings a wealth of knowledge in banking and customer service to our agency and GAIN.

Allie and her husband Michael have one son. She is an active member of Williams Road Church of Christ where she teaches Sunday school for the Children’s program and is involved in the small group and Women’s Ministries. In their spare time Allie and her family love to watch the Atlanta Braves.

Liz Murphy

Administrative Assistant

Liz Murphy is our Administrative Assistant and Billing Specialist. Liz is a licensed insurance agent and brings 10 years of customer service experience to her role. She’s the first face you see when you walk in the office and assists all our customers with billing and other related requests. Liz never meets a stranger, and everyone leaves the office smiling after meeting her!

Liz and her husband Russell have two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and attends Williams Road Church of Christ in Americus, GA.
